unsalted butter
5
garlic cloves

cups
vegetable broth
1
cup
whole milk
1/2
tsp
salt

ounce
pasta of your choice
1/2
cup
freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt
black pepper
Instructions
In a medium pot melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant; don't wait until the garlic is brown.
Add vegetable broth, milk, salt and pasta and bring it boil.
Once boiling, turned down the heat to low simmer and let the pasta cook for 15-20 minutes, until the pasta is soft and most of the liquid is reduced.
Once the sauce is thicken turn off the heat and stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Serve while it is still warm.
