dired cranberries
I used orange infused cranberries

roasted sunflower seeds
unsalted

roasted nuts of your choice
I used almonds
juice of one lime
dash of cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
as per taste
Instructions
Remove the stems of cauliflower and broccoli and process them in a food processor (separately) until fine. Empty them in a large mixing bowl.
Add carrots, parsley, cranberries, thyme, sunflower and nuts and give the salad a nice mix.
Next add cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt and pepper; mix and let the salad rest for 5 minutes.
Serve it at room temperature. Leftovers can be stored in airtight container in fridge.
