- 1/2 banana frozen preferred
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 celery rib chopped
- 2 tsp grated ginger or 1/2 tsp dried ginger powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2-3 cups water based on preferred consistency
